The combination of menthol, the active ingredient in EMUAID�s Pain Relieving Cream, in conjunction with a heat source such as a heating pad used for musculoskeletal symptoms, can increase blood flow, skin breakdown and drug absorption. These all increase the risk of rare side effects including serious burns.
