Hi There,
You sure can use it for oral LP. Most customers suffering from oral lichen planus use EMUAID First Aid Ointment, Regular Strength (blue and white label) in the mouth. In terms of how to apply the ointment, you can use a sterile cotton swab (q-tip) to get a small dab of the ointment on the q-tip and then use the q-tip to gently spread the ointment on the affected area(s) inside the mouth. A little bit goes a long way, so no need to use more then a very thin small layer. We suggest waiting 20 minutes before you eat or drink anything, or chew gum, to allow the product to absorb. Consistency is key for effective results as well, so be sure you apply at least 2-3X/day.
