Yes, you can use EMUAID First Aid Ointment to help with itching in and around the ear, but it should only be applied to the outer ear and the areas you can safely see. You can gently apply a very thin layer using a clean cotton swab. Please avoid putting the ointment deep inside the ear canal. Applying any product too far inside can block the canal, trap moisture, and lead to infection or pressure build-up.
