EMUAID products do not contain bee products. There is no bee pollen, honey, propolis, beeswax, or other bee derived ingredients in EMUAID or EMUAIDMAX.
Regarding the texture, EMUAID is an ointment, but it is not a petroleum jelly. It does not contain petrolatum. The formula is made with natural oils and waxes, so it has a richer consistency than a cream or gel, but it absorbs into the skin rather than sitting heavily on top like petroleum based products. Only a thin layer is needed for effective use.
