You can sign in to your EMUAID account using the email address associated with your orders. Once logged in, you can access your subscription information and manage or cancel your recurring orders.
If you need assistance, our Customer Care team will be happy to cancel the subscription for you. Please contact us at customercare@emuaid.com and provide your order number.
If you do not have your order number, please provide your full name, shipping address, and email address associated with the order. This will help us locate the correct account and cancel the subscription for you.
